PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE:
By Card: You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Our banking partner and our encrypted server assure you the best security during your purchases.
By Paypal : It is also possible to pay for your purchases using your Papypal account.
By bank transfer (longer processing time) : We accept bank transfers from the entire world. The expedition of your purchases is done after receiving the payment.
By cheque (longer processing time) : Only for bank account domiciliated in Metropolitan France. Then, you can choose to pay your purchases with bank cheque. You will have to adress your cheque at Day2Day Gallery, with the reference of your order :

Please note that the shipping of your purchases will be done only after reception and cashing of your cheque. For payment higher than 1500€, only verified cheques will be accepted.
Delivery by specialized transporters (La Poste, DHL) in the whole world.
Shipping fees : The amount of shipping costs is indicated when confirming the shopping cart.
Shipment : Upon receipt of your payment, our team will be preparing the shipment of your paintings with adapted packaging. We then entrust them to our carriers who will deliver them to you against signature in the following days.
Delivery time : One of our priorities is to deliver quickly. Then, after receiving your payment, our maximum delivery time is 21 days for France and European Union. For other countries, it may take some more days.
HOW TO PROCEED
Below each artwork, you will find a “Buy” button. By clicking on it, you will have access to the detailed file. Then, all you have to do is to click on “add to cart”.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The satisfaction of the collectors who buy art on Day2Day Gallery is our priority. Then, our returns and refunds policy is intended to be as simple as possible.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
14 days to change your mind : You have a 14 days delai after, receiving you artwork, to retract and be reimbursed for it, including outbound shipping costs. Only the shipping costs for the return will be charged to you.
In order to retract, you can :
– use our on line Contact Form.
– write us an email at email@example.com, explaining your will to retract and specifying your purchase reference and the title of the artwork concerned.
You will be in charge to send us back the artwork in the same packaging conditions that you received it.
Once received, you will be paid back in the best time.
If the order is not in conformity or damaged : Our team will is doing the best for a perfect and secured shipping. However, if the artwork you receive is not conform, has a default, or is damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by using our online Contact Form. Don’t forget to specify the problem and, if it is possible, to join photographies.
Then we will pay ourselves the entire costs of the shipping. We will propose to you, the restauration or the replacement of the artwork. If this is not possible, we will pay you back the entire cost af the artwork and of the shipping costs.
