Like a feeling of déjà vu aboard the high-speed train heading to Italy, my eyes riveted on the ever-changing landscape, the meaning of which I cannot seem to capture.
Only scraps of shapes and colors cling to my memory and remind me of those who fascinated me in the back of daddy’s car when we went on a trip or those who roughed up my foggy Monday mornings, in search of understanding Futurism at 18 years old. But most of all they remind me of my love for that 1996 film reel. Copper, green and that speckled gold leaf.
